Composed by Hiroshi Okubo. This song is from the mission, "Seagull". Hiroshi, along with Tetsukazu Nakanishi, each did songs that added up to being the entire soundtrack to Ace Combat 2. Tetsukazu took over as sound director thereafter doing the majority of the songs for AC3 while Hiroshi focused more on the Ridge Racer series (i.e. Ridge Racer Type 4).

Composed by Yuzo Koshiro (pictured in vid). In my opinion, he's probably one of the most, if not, the most popular game composer in the biz. I think that's partly b/c the games he's worked on, especially in the early 90's, were ahead of their time musically and is still bein talked about...
