I followed directions that I found on Bill Beaty's web site for amatuer scientists. I probably made the skirt too big. Next version will be lower to the ground. Use Google to search "How to make a hovercraft" and you can see what I mean. I editied the video with Pinnacle's Studio 10 Plus. I did not do anything too fancy. Just added voiceover, some music and titles. This was for the science fair.
